How to avoid getting distracted by smartphones

There’s nothing quite like being immersed in an app, or even watching a video, without having to do anything, especially when it’s something as simple as opening a page.

That’s why we all love apps like Twitter, Spotify, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook, and Instagram, but there are a lot of apps out there that make your smartphone distraction-free, at least for a short period of time.

The app allows you to send and receive pictures, videos, and other files via SMS and email.

You can even add comments to the photos and videos, or post a screenshot of the uploaded photo or video.

The downside to this is that Snapchat uses a lot more bandwidth and memory on your smartphone than your desktop computer, and this means that you have to be running a fast, dedicated network connection to use it.

This is the most common app for making phone calls, and it’s easy to use.

Just tap on the phone’s “Send” button to send a message, and the app will send a text message with the message.

You don’t even have to open the app to see the text.

It’s super simple, and works great with the iPhone 6s Plus.

Instagram lets you upload a photo and post it to your social media accounts, or send a video to your friends.

You also have a built-in camera to take a photo of your friends, so you can send them a selfie.

Snapchat allows you send text messages, but you have a very limited number of text messages per day.

Facebook Messenger.

This isn’t as easy to set up as Instagram, and you have only a limited number the number of photos and comments that you can add.

You still have to have an Instagram account in order to send messages, so this app isn’t quite as powerful as WhatsApp, but it’s still worth trying out.

Facebook’s also a great way to quickly get messages, and to post photos to your wall.

Google+ Messenger.

Google’s social network lets you make phone calls and share pictures with friends, but its main function is to sync your Google+ posts with your contacts and friends.

If you’re having trouble with WhatsApp, you can try out Google+ Hangouts, which lets you sync your photos and messages between your Google and Facebook accounts.

WhatsApp’s not the best app to use for messaging, but for the basics, it’s the best out there.
